Privacy

Your data, in a few lines

This site belongs to Heitor Castro. It does not use cookies and only receives personal data when you sign up to receive the emails.

What we keep

Your name (if you provide it), your email, the date, and the page where you signed up. To prevent abuse, we also keep, for no more than one hour, a code derived from your internet address that does not allow anyone to work out what the address is.

What we use it for

Your email is added to the newsletter O Conselho do Futuro (in Portuguese), by the same author, which brings one idea a day, the Amplianism (Amplianismo in Portuguese) cases, and news about the book. Emails are sent through Brevo, the newsletter's email tool. We do not sell, rent, or lend the list to anyone.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or ask to see, correct, or delete your data by replying to any newsletter email.

Visit counting

We count visits without cookies and without storing personal data: the page viewed, which site you came from, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and whether you reached the end of the text. We do not store your internet address and we do not track anyone from one day to the next. The text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
